Terms & Condtions
By booking with SLR Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to guarantee a safe, transparent, and seamless travel experience.
- 1. Bookings & Acceptance
Reservations can be made via our website, social media, email, phone, or select third-party platforms like TripAdvisor. A booking is only confirmed once we receive the payment and provide written confirmation through SLR Travel.
- 2. Payment Requirements
A minimum of 50% of the total tour cost must be paid at least three (3) weeks before the scheduled travel date. The remaining 50% must be settled in advance prior to the start of the tour. Payments are accepted through online payment methods made available by SLR Travel.
- 3. Rates & Service Details
All prices are based on the services agreed at the time of booking. Rates may change due to availability, supplier charges, or external factors. Final service details, inclusions, and exclusions will be confirmed before travel.
- 4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made one (1) month before travel qualify for a full (100%) refund.
- Cancellations made at least two (2) weeks prior are eligible for a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made within one week of travel or the day before departure may not be eligible for a refund.
- 5. Non-Refundable Situations
Certain services may become non-refundable if cancellation occurs at very short notice or after bookings with hotels, drivers, or other partners have been finalised. This will be communicated where applicable.
- 6. Use of Third-Party Providers
SLR Travel arranges services through independent providers such as hotels, drivers, guides, and transport operators. While we coordinate these services on your behalf, we are not responsible for issues beyond our direct control.
- 7. Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal and travel information provided is accurate and complete. SLR Travel will not be held liable for disruptions caused by incorrect details or failure to comply with travel requirements.
- 8. Insurance & Liability
SLR Travel does not provide comprehensive travel insurance. Passengers are covered only under transport-related insurance while using vehicles arranged by us. We strongly recommend obtaining personal travel insurance before arrival.
- 9. Website Use & Data Handling
Our website may use cookies and tracking tools to enhance user experience. Personal information collected through inquiries or bookings is used solely for service delivery and shared only when necessary with service partners.
- 10. Governing Law & Contact Information
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. For booking assistance, privacy inquiries, or complaints, customers may contact SLR Travel directly via the official email address or main contact number provided on the website.
